Our story starts here

In early July 2024, I had the opportunity to take time and step back to see what it was I really wanted to do with my life. I knew I wanted to be my own boss, but how do I do it?

This idea took ahold of me and did not let go! With over 17 years of industry experience working with industry leaders, I was able to learn the different lines of business and how the operation worked.

I had met my mentor in the town I grew up in, he stopped me and asked if I wanted a job. I had explained to him that I was going to school at Western Michigan University and would have to work on breaks from school. He said, “No problem, call me next spring for a job.” My buddy and I showed up and we worked on the back of the garbage truck(s) loading trash on our breaks and each summer leading up to graduation.

This industry grew on me, and I came to love it.  I quickly got my CDL (Commercial driver’s license) so I could start driving the trucks. After that I learned to maintain the trucks as a PM tech, quickly became a supervisor to assigned routes, a compliance manager, and lastly an operations manager.

Now, circling back to how do I do it — Well, I sunk my heels in, and I purchased my first garbage truck. It was not pretty! I had used the skills and knowledge throughout my experiences working for these industry leaders and fixed the truck all on my own and made it mine!

My mission in this industry has and always will be to provide the best service through safety, customer service, efficiency, and my passion for the job.

My commitment to my customers is that I can guarantee the highest level of service and with a smile on my face!
